Class Notes
Missions Emphasis: Fourth (4th) Sunday of the month.
The class fund is for Sunday school paper supplies and love gifts sent when a class member has an immediate family member pass away. An offering is taken monthly to go toward this fund.
Class:
· Pray for Mike & Chris as they prepare lessons each week.
· Pray for our church.
· Pray for East Memorial Christian Academy.
Clark & Coleen Alexander: (CG Odom) Pray that God will continue to abate the cancer.
Please pray for our church members who have lost their jobs!
Rusty & Lisa Caro: (CG Odom) Pray for Al Stephens Jr. that God will convict him and give him guidance.
Steve & Sharon Callahan: (CG Montgomery) Iveen Blake, Steve’s Mother, is in the hospital. We are not sure what’s going on, possibly pneumonia. Sharon has a possible reaction to medication or an inner ear infection. Please continue to pray for Shay. She is having seizures.
Robert & Donna Hillman: (CG Loftin) Our daughter, Courtney, oncology report is January 13th. Pray for continued remission. Jerrell Lambert, uncle, is recovering from surgery – pray for a speedy recover.
Pray for Joe Meherg that God will provide a career job soon!
Danny & Gretchin Loftin: Pray for Gretchin’s health, she currently needs help with pain management. Pray for a healing. Danny’s friend, Dallas Hooper, just had a heart bypass operation. Please keep him in your prayers.
Chris & Sherry Haag: Cancer was found during a colonoscopy on Bob Picou and spots were detected on his kidney. The cancer is operable and surgery is scheduled for Feb 3rd to remove one kidney and part of his colon. He will be in Baptist South.
Doug & Jan Sleigh: (CG Loftin): Pray for Jan. She is battling with fatigue, joint & muscle pain.
Gary & Lisa Montgomery: Pray for God’s guidance in a job search for Gary.
Todd & Teresa Hodge: Todd has appointment with physicians to try & determine what is causing blood clots.
Clayton & Patty Wood: (CG Price) Clayton’s employer, Bush Hog, is selling the plant. Pray for the leadership personnel.
Raymond & Nancy Mathis: (CG Loftin) Belinda Vick’s brother, James Bazzell, was in a car wreck on January 7th. He is Baptist South intensive care unit in critical condition. Pray for healing.
Marty & Tracey Edge: (CG Donaldson) Pastor Larry
Morris was found deceased last week. Please pray for peace for his family, his congregation and the Alpine community.
Keith & Michelle Johnson: Michelle’s step-dad has
decided that he doesn’t want to be married after 28 years. Pray for God to work on his heart & for comfort for my mother.
Mary Owen Wright: Skip & Donna Miley’s grandbaby has pneumonia. Pray for healing.
Mike & LeeAnne Lovelady: Stephen Lovelady is donating a kidney on January 15th to his uncle, Hal Boyd.
Tim & Debbie Hornyak: Tim is having health concerns and will be having further medical test performed. Pray for a good report. Our nephew, Shannon Carr is going to Iraq. Please pray for his safety. Kathy Sanders has a broken ankle. Pray for healing. Praise: Tim starts a new job at Penn State in late April.
Lew & Susie Baxter: (CG Hornyak) Lew’s sister-in-law, Cheryl Baxter, has breast cancer. Lew’s brother-in-law, Brad McGeoch, lost his job. Grandma Hattie is worried out her family.
Phillip & Gail McKeown: Gail’s father, Tommy Russell, is home recovering from triple bypass. Thanks so much for all your prayers.
Glen & Shannon Donaldson: Beverly Burt’s husband has asked for a divorce. She needs to sell her house and find an affordable one. They have one son.
Bubba & Beth Faulkner: Praise: Our children, Christopher & Christina, both returned home safely from Afghanistan.
Jason Kennedy’s mother had a stroke. Pray for recovery!
Danny Loftin has pneumonia. Pray for recovery.
Steve Price has been under the weather.
